Directions:
For Best Results: shake well before using. Combine with 250ml of water or your favouirte juice. Adults: One 30ml serving to be taken daily, preferably with water. Children over 4 years: 15ml daily. Pregnant /Lactating Women: contact your doctor before use. Do not exceed 60ml per day.
